Gone are the days of sending team members to half-day or full-day learning sessions where they only retain 5-10% of what they've learned. Based on what we uncover from our QuickStart Strategy Call with you, we'll focus each 90-minute program on a specific skill, strategy or technique your team members need to know right now.
Most L&D programs waste valuable classroom time teaching basics that can be taught far more efficiently via a 5-15 minute video or e-learning. We know our students are busy every minute of the workday, so we design everything for the most efficient use of their time in the classroom by using a flipped classroom approach.
In a flipped classroom, students receive a quick introduction (micro-learning) of the skill, behavior or technique being taught in advance. Since we're only targeting one skill per program to promote depth of knowledge and real behavior change, a quick primer is all it takes! Classroom time is focused on practicing the targeted skill using immersive simulations or real-life scenarios customized for your business. We also teach them how to use the high-impact job aid to apply what they've practiced back on the job. We're all about driving ongoing performance improvement and long-term behavior change.
